Working Together to Keep
Connecticut’s Children Safe
The Connecticut Children’s Alliance (CCA) is a statewide coalition of Child Advocacy Centers (CACs), multidisciplinary teams, and partners working to prevent and respond to child abuse and exploitation. We bring together law enforcement, child protection, medical and mental health providers, advocates, and community members, so children only have to tell their story once and get the help they need fast.
In addition, we equip professionals and community members with the skills to recognize, respond, and advocate for children in crisis; empower families to prevent abuse before it happens through awareness campaigns, parent leadership, and community-based programs; and identify and protect child victims of human trafficking in Connecticut through our Human Trafficking Recovery Taskforce.
